The menu at Paradise restaurant is our pride and joy. Home cooked British food, prepared with love from fresh, locally sourced produce. We work with the farmers who supply our restaurants ingredients to make sure they’re ethically sourced, sustainable and most importantly, are the best we can find. Our head chef, Cat Ashton, is a firm believer in seasonal cooking and fresh ingredients, serving dishes such as Smoked haddock carpaccio, Slow roasted lamb shoulder and Aged rib eye giving you the perfect excuse to eat with us all year round.
